Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, César is an architect with experience in both the public and private sectors. He focuses on coordinating projects and implementing new concepts. César also works as an entrepreneur, helping to build long-term trusting relationships between providers.

César’s leadership style is perfect for working with local teams and managing interdisciplinary projects. His passion for entrepreneurship and innovation has also led him to create several other projects, such as a high-end furniture store and collaboration with an organization that promotes affordable housing in low-income communities.
